Our Toolsets

OSPREY is a toolset currently in development at Convergent US for composite manufacturing simulation, design, and optimization. OSPREY is designed to be more accessible and easier to use for a typical M&P engineer and features intuitive workflows, automatic meshing, and guided analysis.

Generic Shape Templates and parametric configuration models are used to capture workflow and parametrics that support optimization & sensitivity analysis, integrations with test data, and automated training of AI surrogates to accelerate future real-time solutions.
